Quark

Quark is a European style, fresh cottage cheese. It has a smooth and soft texture with a tangy taste. This cheese is a wonderful ingredient to work with, as it readily absorbs flavours and is a great base for so many different recipes. This makes for an excellent cheesecake.

What you said...

...It was wonderful to find yogurts that taste so fabulous yet contain much less sugar than most brands. Artificial sweeteners taste horrible and so I hate so called diet yogurts. The passionfruit yogurt at less than 5% sugar is just a wonderful treat. With other yogurts having 10-15% sugar content I can only say thanks for putting yogurt back on the menu. I have seen that you have cream however my very first taste of Barambah was your 97% fat free natural yogurt, and it really tastes like cream to me and I use it instead. Thanks. Keep up the good work.
