Products

All Barambah Organics products are manufactured directly from the certified organic milk produced at our farm near Inglewood, Queensland, as well as from a number of other A grade certified organic farms from QLD and NSW. We take much care and diligence in producing  supreme products, from every blade of grass in the paddock to delivery of the final product to the customer.
Whether it’s a slurp of milk in your coffee, spoonfuls of yoghurt over cereal, lashings of butter spread on crusty bread or a piece of brie on your cracker biscuit, dairy products bring out the best in any food. Barambah Organics has it all with the complete bonus of being chemical free.

Milk

A panel of notable Foodies was put together in Sydney by a journalist for the Sydney Morning Herald in April, 2005 and they compared a number of different dairy products from a number of different dairy companies. They believed that our milk and yoghurt were the stand-out products available in Sydney.

We often have people comment that it tastes like real milk! Being certified organic our milk is produced without the use of pesticides, herbicides, hormones or antibiotics.
Barambah Organics organic milk comes in three varieties – full cream, light, and skim .
Our organic milk is unhomogenised which means that we have kept the milk in its most natural state. Homogenisation is where the cream is blasted into fine particles to give the milk a more uniform appearance. With our milk the cream collects on the top which is what it should do. If you prefer it mixed through just shake the bottle.

Cream
Barambah Organics organic cream is pure, delicious and naturally thick. It is taken straight from the top of settled milk. Our delicious cream is available in a 300ml container.

Sour Cream

This is available in 365ml containers and tastes superb.

Labna with fennel and sea salt

This is yoghurt cheese and it is delicious in tossed salads or on any cheese platter. The fennel enhances the flavour of this cheese.

Quark

We are producing a wonderful tasting quark, which is like a cottage cheese and has so many applications. For instance it can be the base for a dip; used instead of philly cheese in a cheesecake; put on toast in the morning with your favourite jam; or used in pasta dishes. It is high in protein and low in fat. Availabvle in 370g containers or bulk.

Double Cream Brie Cheese- "Fig Tree Paddock"
Barambah Organics Double Cream Brie Cheese is very popular. Named after the cow's favourite paddock, as the grass always seems to be tastiest there. This is a soft luscious cheese with a velvety white rind, and a creamy and golden interior. The true flavour of Barambah's award winning milk is evident here.

Crows Ash Brie

A nutty flavoured cheese with a smoky taste. Very popular at the moment.

Feta- in brine or a delicious marinade

The 200g of feta can either be bought in a brine or an oil marinade with mixed herbs.

Yoghurt
The range of delicious and unique organic yoghurts Barambah Organics offers include natural, low fat natural, bush honey, blueberry, strawberry, mango, passionfruit, guava and greek style.

The organic yoghurt has five live cultures added namely acidophilus, bifidus, casei, thermophilus and bulgaricus.  There are no gelatines, no artificial colouring, no preservatives nor artificial flavours added. We are dedicated to keeping our yoghurt as pure and good for you as possible.
