Method
Heat Grill to 150 C
Cut Bread Stick into 1cm thick slices, brush or spray with olive oil and rub with garlic, gently grill until lightly golden.
Place rocket in a bowl, drizzle lightly with balsamic. Gently toss the leaves using finger tips to coat leaves evenly with vinegar.
Cut feta into 1cm square cubes, cut artichoke into bite size pieces.
Place a piece of rocket on the bread first then add feta and artichoke. Make sure to drizzle with some of the feta marinade herbs and oil.
Serve on large platter.

200g Barambah Marinated Feta
200g Marinated Artichoke Pieces
100g Baby Rocket
1 Garlic Clove
Olive Oil (spray can be used)
Balsamic Vinegar
