Method
Roughly mash berries in a small bowl, drain and reserve ¼ of the juice.
Beat the cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks perform, fold in the yoghurt.
Layer cream mixture, berries and biscuit/nut mixture in serving glasses. Drizzle with reserved juice.
