Boxing day Sandwich

Please enjoy this specially made Home Style recipe, made with great-tasting Barambah Organics products.


  • Leftover coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup mint, picked
  • 1/4 cup parsley, picked
  • Leftover roast potato
  • Barambah cheddar, sliced
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Christmas ham
  • Barambah labna
  • Boiled egg (7 minute soft boil)
  • Caramelised onion jam/ leftover gravy
  • Fresh bread


  1. Liven up your leftover coleslaw by mixing through the mint and parsley.
  2. Make the leftover roast potato delicious by crushing it and then frying it in some oil and butter
  3. On buttered bread, assemble the sandwich - layering the cheddar, sliced tomato, ham, crispy potato, revamped coleslaw, dollops of labna, boiled egg and top with some caramelised onion jam or leftover gravy. Toasting is optional but highly recommended!

There is nothing better than a Boxing Day sandwich and this one is the ultimate!
