Chicken & Feta Meatballs

Please enjoy this specially made Home Style recipe, made with great-tasting Barambah Organics products.


  • Coconut oil for cooking
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 500g minced organic chicken breast
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs (I made my own with stale spelt bread)
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta



  1. Bring a small pot of water to a rapid simmer. Add the spinach and cook 1-2 minutes or until wilted. Drain and chop.
  2. In a large bowl, combine minced chicken, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, chopped spinach, and feta; mix until just incorporated. Firmly roll the mixture into balls and brown in coconut oil.
  3. Add organic pasata sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Serve with buckwheat noodles (or pasta of choice)
  5. This is a simple recipe with only a handful of ingredients but when you have good quality produce like Barambah Organics Feta there is really no need to over complicate.
  6. Comfort food at its best.
