Fruit & Labna Toast

Please enjoy this specially made Home Style recipe, made with great-tasting Barambah Organics products.


  • Barambah’s award winning Labna
  • A piece of whatever fruit is in season
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Sprig of thyme
  • Zest of half a lemon


  1. Cut your fruit and place it in a bowl with the olive oil, honey and thyme. Gently mix it all together with your hands.
  2. Place the fruit under a medium grill and grill for 10 minutes or until the fruit looks caramelised.
  3. Spread a generous serving of Barambah’s Labna on some toast.
  4. Drizzle some of the syrup from the roasted fruit over the Labna and place the fruit on top.
  5. Top with extra lemon zest and thyme. Some toasted nuts would be delicious as well.
  6. Eat with a cup of tea.

This fruit is just as delicious cold, so roast a whole batch of it and keep it in the fridge to eat throughout the week.
