Clean and Green Dressing/Dip

Please enjoy this specially made Home Style recipe, made with great-tasting Barambah Organics products.

Ingredients

1 cup of Barambah’s All Natural Yoghurt
½ cup of Barambah Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil- from our own certified organic olive grove!
½ cup of coriander (stems and leaves)
½ a green chili
2 spring onions, roughly chopped
1 glove of garlic, crushed
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of honey
Salt and pepper

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth
Taste the dressing - if you'd like it hotter, add some more chili
Season with salt and pepper

This dressing is perfect on roast corn, as a dip, on tacos, steamed potatoes, a salad - on everything really!
