Natural Yoghurt Cake

Please enjoy this specially made Home Style recipe, made with great-tasting Barambah Organics products.


  • 1 ½ cups Barambah Organics natural yogurt
  • ½ cup mild olive oil
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (the real stuff)
  • 2 ½ cups spelt flour
  • 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  1. Heat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan lightly with oil, and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt right into the liquids and stir just until no lumps remain.
  4. Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes
  5. Easy Peasy right!
  6. Not to mention it tastes delicious
