The Best Mushrooms on Toast

Please enjoy this specially made Home Style recipe, made with great-tasting Barambah Organics products.


  • 500 grams on any mushrooms
  • Olive oil
  • ½ clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • ⅓ cup of Barambah’s Sour Cream
  • Small bunch of chives


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Coat mushrooms in olive oil and salt and pepper and roast in the oven for 20 minutes
  3. Remove from oven and place in a bowl. Drizzle on more olive oil (about a tablespoon), add garlic and lemon juice and mix together, folding through Barambah’s Sour Cream and chives
  4. Serve on toast with extra chives and a squeeze of lemon.
