Yummy Charred Corn

Please enjoy this specially made Home Style recipe, made with great-tasting Barambah Organics products.


  • 2 corn cobs in their husk
  • ½ cup Barambah’s All Natural Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup chili sauce (not sweet chili, the proper hot stuff)
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced
  • 1 green chili
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • Barambah’s Shredded Cheddar
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat a pan (preferably a griddle pan, but any ole pan will do) on high heat and add your corn - still in their husks
  2. Rotate the corn as it cooks until the husk is quite burnt
  3. Peel the husk off and place your corn on a serving plate
  4. Combine Barambah’s Yoghurt and chili sauce and dollop over the corn, adding the spring onion, green chili, zest and lime juice and heaps of Barambah’s Shredded Cheddar cheese. (If you like it hot, add more chili sauce)
  5. Season and serve
